Sharing Shows with FTP

Instructions for sharing OTR shows and pictures here:

If you don't already have an FTP client. Here is a good one that will work for most people. This is the windows version but they also have it available for mac and Linux. Make sure you download the client and not the server software. This link goes directly to the windows client software. Other versions are available on their website for those not running Windows. There is even a 32-bit version for older computers that don't run 64 bit software.

For those people interested in computer stuff, FTP is fun. There are lots of easy video tutorials on YouTube about it. You can search for: " learn filezilla client for Windows". Here is a good video I found that shows the basics:

Set up your FTP software as follows:

FTP Username: mysteryclub@mysteryshows.com
FTP Password: mysteryclub
FTP server: ftp.mysteryshows.com
FTP & explicit FTPS port: 21
Simultaneous connections: 8


Before Uploading, please create a folder with your name or nickname on it.

Upload shows or pictures in their own folder to your directory.

We are now granting download access to the upload area to all club
members. This way, no one will have to wait for me to move the shows
over to the club download area if they want to hear the latest donated
shows.

I will check the shows before I move them to the club download area. I try
my best to make sure we don't violate any copyright laws. Our goal is
to only share public domain old time radio files here.

I greatly appreciate everyone sending in their shows to share.
