Behind the MikeBehind the Mike invited its audience behind the scenes of radio broadcasting, It featured interviews with fans, engineers, performers, sound effects persons, and others involved with the industry. It was hosted by Graham McNamee, whose radio career spanned three decades and who is credited with originating play-by-play sports casting. The show was broadcast from 1940 till 1942, when McNamee passed away. After his death, the program was renamed Nothing but the Truth, but quickly faded from the air without his presence.
