Life with DexterLife with Dexter was a long-running (1955-1964) Australian sitcom featuring renowned Australian actor Willie Fennell starring as Dexter Dutton. It follows the misadventures of a family revolving around the trials and misadventures of somewhat dysfunctional, quirky father against the background of day-to-day suburban life. Plots included incidents such as Dexter's incorrectly concluding that his neighbor has done away with his wife, a family fuss over New Year's resolutions, and Dexter's struggles with insomnia--fairly standard family sitcom stuff.
