Some of you may already know this but if not, here is a little tip to make the shows sound better and the words stand out more clearly.
Most audio playing software and mp3 players have a built in equalizer. Some have presets like "rock", "voice", "high bass", high treble", classical, jazz and so on.
If you're having trouble making out the words, try changing your preset to "voice" or "spoken word". If you don't have presets and you have a graphic equalizer with sliders, you can try turning the bass way down and the treble all the way up. Also look to see if your speekers have a bass and treble knob. You may also want to use those.
It's sometimes hard to make out the words on these old shows when the bass is turned up too much. Just turn the bass down and you'll be OK. Also you may have to turn off the digital surround sound on some players. This can help too.
Anyone else have to tips to share. Go ahead and post them here.
