Iím looking for a particular CBSRMT episode.......

Heard it on the radio in the late 70ís, on my way home from work....best guess 78 or maybe 79.

Iíve got great memories attached with this, and also curious how my memory on the episode is after almost thirty years Smile

Itís about a prisoner in solitary confinement - Played by Fred Gwynn, AKA Herman Munster - and heís in total darkness.

A sympathetic guard talks to him, and at one point puts a cigar butt on the cell bars so Gwynn can see it glow. Him and the guard talk about the weather outside - Guard: nice sunny days - and Baseball.

I *think* about the Cubs. anyway the guard tells him they are doing well and in contention.

Then he talk to another guard who blows the weather/Ball team stories.

If anyone happens to recognize the plot and could let me know what episode, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Bert

Here Bert,

This is another log that you can check for CBSRMT.
It's an Excel file just so you know but it has descriptions of pretty much every episode. Including the script writer, the actors involved, date and a brief description of the episode.

Remember that you can use the find feature in Excel files so you can search to your hearts content!
