I like beer. Microbrews are my favorite. I love to go to a resturant that makes their own beer. It's always fun to try something new.
I also like wine. Red or white, as long as it's dry. I love to go to wine tastings, especially on vacation. You can always find something new at the local wineries.
I used to drink a lot of tanqueray gin and tonic, absolute vodka martinis and any kind of good tequila. I had to quit the hard stuff though, My wife says I make a complete ass of myself when I drink it. I still like a little single malt scotch sometimes
Oh, I like a good cigar too. Goes good with the scotch.
What about you?

I have never been a big drinker, but I have a few favorite things. As far as beer goes, I like Guinness, and Aventinus. I don't drink much hard liquor anymore, and of course now with my new medicine I can't drink. |

I'm not supposed to drink on my medicine either. Thank God, I was never good with directions

Last night we polished off a bottle of a Warraroong Estate white.
The Long Lunch White 2006 is a light easy-drinking wine;
just enough fruit to make it tasty and not so much that it makes it too heavy.
The grapes are from a vineyard on a ridge overlooking the famous Hunter Valley wine region of Australia.
(Warraroong is Australian aboriginal for "hillside".) _________________ tuned in from down under |
